A warm and inviting tone that makes you turn the amp around and check for tubes. Could be Fender, could be Orange, could be ? But it has to be really good tone, whatever the voicing. I still love the amp sound with the original 8', but its like another completely different amp plugged in to the 12'. It doesn’t necessarily have to be voiced for Vox chime. I think the little Vox Celestion Bulldog 8' speaker is the perfect internal 8' for the design but plugging into an external 12' cab gave a much fuller, fatter & balanced sound with a greatly improved bass response. Headphone out, extension out, line out, footswitch for reverb & tremolo control. On-board reverb, tremolo with depth & speed control. Solid state, analog, not a digital and/or modeling amp. It features 15W of power, a single 8' Bulldog speaker, gain boost, tremolo, and spring reverb. This player-friendly combo packs a ton of top-notch features and killer VOX sound into a package that's affordable and easy to use. Grab & go, so small footprint/lightweight, so 8" or 10" speaker. You won't have to dig deep to get great sound out of the VOX Pathfinder 15R Guitar Amp with Reverb. Guitar Combo 10 W, 1 x 6.5 Vox Bulldog speaker, The ideal practice and recording combo with a distinctive Vox sound, Controls for Gain, Treble, Bass. So if it still needs to be discussed, I think it may be time to start a new thread on the subject. Already a couple have comments have been made in the now thoroughly zombied thread, but the original parameters of discussion are likely to be lost on some that just respond late without having read the thread or even just the original post. I was removing some dust round the knobs and suddenly there was a click and the treble-knob turned past the stop so turning all around. It was then discussed anew for a couple of months, then sat dormant for 6 months before being zombie-fied again…and again…Īnd so on down to today. I love my Vox Pathfinder 15R but something weird happened today. Then it sat dormant for a year, before being resurrected/zombie-fied. Headphone Output jack: The headphone jack on the rear panel mutes the built. The original discussion spanned a couple of weeks or so in January-February of 2014. External Speaker Output jack: For connection to an alternative speaker cabinet. More than 3 years ago, I started the thread “The next ‘Pathfinder 15R’”.
